EAT PLAY LOVE / JUNE 11-13, 2021

Escape LA (or wherever you are) and come to the high healing desert of Joshua Tree for a relaxing and recharging weekend of yoga, yummy food, good music, and chilling with like-minded homies.

There will be 4 yoga classes over the weekend, and plenty of unstructured free time to explore the park, go for hikes, or hang by the pool, play cornhole, take naps, or do arts and crafts. At night, we will play with some expressive dance and meditative movement.

EAT PLAY LOVE will be held at Cactus Moon, a retreat center located just a few blocks up a dirt road from the town of Joshua Tree. This is a perfect space, with lots of different options when it comes to accommodations.

SPECIAL GUEST: YOGA TEACHER & DJ RY TOAST

Ryan Nolan AKA DJ Ry Toast is a longtime yogi, wife, DJ, plant-based chef, podcast host, and national treasure.

She will be leading her signature Yoga & Mixtapes class on Saturday afternoon, as well as DJ-ing both evenings of the retreat.

She will also be leading us through a guided movement meditation, set to music.

We are so lucky to have her and excited for her to bring her magic to the retreat.

ACCOMODATIONS & PRICING

Most people should expect to share a room on the retreat, either with homies you specifically request to bunk with, or people I intentionally match you up with because I think you will vibe.

Rooms are priced on a sliding scale according to size, bathroom access, and privacy. If you are overwhelmed by all this stuff, or don’t really care where you sleep as long as it’s in a bed at a price that works, just hit me up and we can talk and I’ll figure out where to place you.
